Source: Billboard magazine Bill Drummond and Jimmy Cauty, best known as "stadium house" act KLF, are returning to the music business. Billboard Bulletin reports that in their latest incarnation, 2K, the pair are due to stage a performance Tuesday titled "For 23 Minutes Only" at London's Barbican Centre. The show will be recorded and released Sept. 22 as a single in the U.K. on an undetermined label. KLF (aka Justified Ancients Of Mu Mu) had six top-10 U.K. singles in 1990-92 on its KLF Communications label, including the No. 2 hit "Justified And Ancient" featuring Tammy Wynette. Drummond and Cauty are noted self-publicists: In 1992, they announced that they would delete their entire back catalog; the following year, they set up the K Foundation and moved into the art world; and in August 1994, they publicly burned 1 million pounds of their own money. There are 0 comments for this record
